Pick your days and Pempol lays out a menu from your own recipes, turns it into one combined shopping list — and then walks you through the cooking, step by step.

From a single day to two weeks. The app lays out breakfasts, lunches and dinners with no repeats.
Ingredients add up into one list, grouped by supermarket aisle. Works offline.
Prop the phone up by the stove: one step at a time, in big type, with a timer and the ingredients at hand.
Five chapters of your kitchen week — from recipe to plate.
Pick the days and Pempol lays out breakfasts, lunches and dinners from your own recipe collection — no repeats, in portions for the whole family.
The generated plan is a starting point, not a verdict — swap any meal by hand.

Ingredients from every planned meal add up automatically and scale to your number of servings. “Potatoes” and “spuds” become a single line.

The plan comes from your dishes, not from some online database. Type them in, pull them off Instagram and recipe sites, or start from packs by real chefs.
You always tick the allergens yourself — that one field is never filled in automatically.
Set up a family of up to 6 people: shared recipes, a shared plan and shared shopping lists. One person pays, the rest join with a code and use it for free.
After the shopping, the phone stays in the kitchen. Cooking mode shows one step at a time — in type big enough to read from over the pot — with the timer and ingredients close at hand.
The step's time and ingredients are read by a plain algorithm from your own recipe — deterministic, no AI, just like the planning.
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent — about 3 minutes.

The meal plan and the shopping list are plain maths: recipe rotation, a hard allergen filter and ingredient totals with unit conversion. The same user and the same date always produce the same menu.
Only what is genuinely in your recipes ever shows up on the shopping list.
The filter works on fields ticked by hand in the profile. A language model never sets allergens.
Importing from Instagram, websites and photos uses a model to read the content — but it happens outside planning, and you can always correct the result.
Details that only show up once you use it every day.
List, week or month. The plan opens on today, and removing a meal from the calendar does not remove the recipe from your collection.
Running a small kitchen or catering business? Switch the account over: a daily menu instead of household meals, with servings counted as dishes to prepare.
Share any of your recipes as a public link. The recipient opens it in a browser without an account, and with the app adds it to their menu in one tap.
The app speaks English, Polish, German, Ukrainian, Spanish and the Nordic languages among others — automatically, in your phone's language.
In a shop with no signal you tick items off as usual — changes sync once the phone is back online.
Sign in with e-mail or an Apple or Google account. Delete the account at any time straight from the app, without writing to us.
Pempol was born in a home where the question “what's for dinner tomorrow?” came back every evening. I wanted a tool that guesses nothing and makes nothing up — the same week and the same recipes always give the same plan, and no language model decides what ends up on my family's plates.
