My weight — log your measurements and see how your weight changes

In Amamable you can log your weight and see it on a chart. The latest measurement goes into your profile, which we use to work out your needs and the servings in your plan — only with your consent.

Do you weigh yourself in the morning before your coffee? Now you can log it in Amamable. The new My weight screen keeps your measurements in one place and shows how your weight changes over time.

How to log a measurement

Go to Settings → Meal planning → My weight. On your first visit, tap Add first measurement, and after that New measurement. You set your weight to the nearest 0.1 kg or type it in with the keyboard.

One day means one measurement — if you weigh yourself a second time on the same day, the new result replaces the previous one. You can also add a measurement for an earlier date if you forgot to log it.

What you'll see

  • A chart of the last 30 days, 3 months or a year.
  • A list of measurements — you can delete any of them.
  • On the Today screen: how your weight has changed over the last 7 days, once you have measurements.

On purpose, there are no goals, ratings or colourful alarms here. It's your weight and your pace.

Servings that fit

The latest measurement becomes the weight in your profile. If you use servings matched to your needs, we use this weight to work out your calorie needs, and from those the ingredient amounts in your meal plan — from the next day, without changing shopping lists you already have. The recipe's proportions stay the same; only the number of servings changes.

Your weight is health data

That's why we only save it with your explicit consent. Without consent, the measurement isn't saved. You can withdraw your consent at any time — we then delete your whole measurement history.
