Shopping agent: your shopping list goes straight into the basket
The shopping agent moves your shopping list into the basket of an online shop, item by item. We explain how it works, what it never does and how many items Premium covers.
Your Amamable shopping list is already added up and grouped by store section. If you order groceries online, one tedious step is left: searching the shop for each product and adding it to the basket. That's exactly what the shopping agent does for you.
How to start it
- Open your shopping list in the phone app and tap the basket icon.
- Answer the question Where do you shop? and choose a shop. You can also untick categories you don't want the agent to buy.
- Sign in to your account in the shop — as usual, yourself. If the shop shows a bot check, you solve that yourself too.
- The agent goes through the list item by item: it looks for the product, chooses it and adds it to the basket. Items it has added are ticked off on your list.
You see every move the agent makes
The agent runs full screen, in three layers. In the item list you can see what's already in the basket and what's still to come. Store preview shows the shop's page just as the agent sees it. If you want to do something your own way, tap I’ll take over, and then Hand back to the agent.
If the agent picks the wrong thing, you can ask it to Search differently, or Skip this item.
You always place the order
When Cart ready appears, tap Open the cart in the store, check what's in it, and only then order and pay in the shop. The agent:
- doesn't enter passwords,
- doesn't give your address or payment details,
- never clicks "Place order".
Where it works
The agent works with online shops in four countries: Frisco in Poland, Knuspr in Germany, Carrefour in France and Freshful in Romania (delivery in Bucharest, Ploiești and nearby areas). If you live in another country, the app will tell you the agent doesn't have shops there yet — we're working on more.
The agent works in the phone app. It isn't available in the browser version of Amamable.
How much it costs
The shopping agent is part of Premium. Every month you get a bundle of 50 items. An item counts when the agent adds it, can't find it or skips it. A failed attempt (for example when the shop stops responding) doesn't use up your bundle. You can see in the app how many items you have left this month.
