You add recipes, they become a meal plan, and the plan becomes one shopping list you tick off together with your household. Here is the whole cycle, step by step.
You no longer have to pick starter packs when you sign up. The ready-made recipes we add are waiting in the Recipes tab, and one tap on the heart makes a dish yours.
The shopping agent moves your shopping list into the basket of an online shop, item by item. We explain how it works, what it never does and how many items Premium covers.
In Amamable you can log your weight and see it on a chart. The latest measurement goes into your profile, which we use to work out your needs and the servings in your plan — only with your consent.
Love food travel? Save your favourite little restaurants as the dishes you liked best. All it takes is a photo and a Google Maps link, and over time you'll build a map of your culinary travels.
Do you cook something worth sharing? Add your recipes with photos — once our team has reviewed them, they can make it into Ready meals, used by everyone on Amamable.
